Fallen God

Once upon a time, you were a god, whether you were Revered or Feared you were given respect, and had many followers. Now however, you're a mortal on a different plane of existence or a different dimension, whether by choice or due to external forces, and have left or lost the majority of your powers. Sometimes you may miss your powers and your original home, but you know you must become accustomed to this life so you push past it.

 

Skill Proficiencies: Having once been a god, and most likely having interacted with other gods in your home dimension/plane, you have proficiency in religion. You also know better than most the way mortals work, and have proficiency in Insight because of it

Languages: Having once been a divine being in your home plane/dimension, you know the language of the celestials

Equipment: You start with 15gp, a holy symbol (either your own from your time as a god, or that of a god who was above you in rank), and fine clothes
