Your whole job is to keep people safe, and to identify threats before they become a threat. Whether it's a tripwire in the road or an assassin hidden on the roof, your eyes have been trained to pick threats out before those that you are protecting are put in danger. You have advantage on perception checks against stealthed creatures of your size or smaller, and advantage on investigation checks to find traps.
