You ask your deity knowledge of maps and geography, and so you can recall the general layout of terrain, settlements, and other features around you. In addition, your deity might help you find food and fresh water for yourself and up to five other people each day, provided that the land offers berries, small game, water, and so forth. however the DM ultimately has control over how much you are told. Alternatively you can roll a d20 for this knowledge, 10 and above you pass giving you the knowledge agin DM's discretion, below 10 fail.
