Born from Oynderic (God of Mind) and Zaemos (God of Souls). Eden is one of 5 children categorized into the 'Desire Gods'. Eden is the oldest of the children always standing up to her parents and fighting for her siblings. She has a strong heart and passes that passion onto her followers.
By worshipping Eden you also gain enemies. Your enemies are the Semi - Divine gods Pride, War and, Selfishness.
Story:
Upon that cursed night, a feast was had after our annual celebration for our fallen brothers and sisters in combat, I ended up drinking a little too much and stumbled away to the nearby lake I often found myself at whenever I needed a moment to collect my thoughts. I guess I ended up collapsing because when I woke up in the morning and stumbled back with an extreme hangover, all I saw was fire, so much fire, I didn't believe it at first, but after burning my hand on a railing which used to lead to my house, it finally dawned on me. For the first time in my life, I shed a tear. Actually, it was a veritable stream of tears after looking around what remained of my fellow warriors and friends, finding nothing except burning bodies and houses, I slowly went over to the one place that wasn't set on fire, the stone temple, the place of that cursed celebration the night before. Dreading what I would find, I found the door locked. Hope sparked for a second as I used my spear to lever the wooden slab from in between the door and immediately regretted my decision. The stench hit me first, and then the blood, so much blood, and all the bodies, I immediately vomited on a plant to the side of the door. Once I had collected myself, I ventured in, hoping to find a single survivor. There were none. Nothing had been spared, not even our glorious statues that I had once worked on myself as a youngling. Once I had dealt with the shock of what had happened I spent the rest of the day burying my fellow warriors and priests. The least I could do was give them an honorable grave. Picking up my spear "Brave Hope", a trinket of our god that I found in a back room of the temple, I set off, determined to become a warrior of legends, find out who killed my brothers and make, them, pay. They would all pay for their actions.
- Skill Proficiencies: By Praying to Eden the God of Bravery and Honour you gain +2 Athletics and +1 Investigation. to keep these proficiencies you must once per session give Food or Gold (This does not include dead animals unless cooked into a meal) you will Gain ‘Anxiety’ Debuff (roll disadvantages on all Charisma checks this does include attack rolls for the next session.)
- Languages: You gain the Dwarfish language
You have an excellent memory for maps and geography, and you can always recall the general layout of terrain, settlements, and other features around you. In addition, you can find food and fresh water for yourself and up to five other people each day, provided that the land offers berries, small game, water, and so forth.
