You are an experienced spy and assassin. You were sent to survey a courtly society, to gather information if otherwise there is no one they can get into. You are exceptional in the art of Deception and Disguise. Under rare circumstances, you were also hired if someone is to disappear and not return. You are well versed in arranging situations under which even very important individuals may disappear without many questions asked. To achieve those goals you have developed a natural feel for social structures and exploit them to serve your purpose.
- Skill Proficiencies: Deception and one of History, Insight, Investigation, Insight, Performance, Persuasion, Sleight of Hand, Stealth
- Tool Proficiencies: one of Alchemist's Supplies, Tinker's Tools, Disguise Kit, Forgery Kit, Poisoner's Kit, Thieves' Tools, or a Musical Instrument
- Languages: One Language used in Court
- Equipment: A set of well used common clothes including a hood, two sets of fine clothes, one set for everyday use and one for balls and similar meetings, a tool you are proficient with, a fake or real document identifying you as a person of high social status and a pouch containing 15 gp
Your expertise in analysing social structures allows you to quickly learn the workings and structure of new ones you come in contact with. This not only means courtly societies but also organizations you can easily investigate. Determine with the DM how much time you need to learn enough about the organization or court to understand it, depending on how easily available information is and the complexity, the differences and similarities of this structures compared to ones you already learned.
Suggested Characteristics
