before you pick this back ground, ask your DM if it's ok. as one of vecna personal guards/assasin, you have been looked down upon from anyone who knows you. whether your looking for good or evil, it doesn't matter, people hate you. but you know one thing... you've been through a LOT. you know how to do evil ancient things that even some scholars or bards don't know about. you are evil to every one in your region... and are they wrong?

- Tool Proficiencies: force of vecna sword, any magic shields, any one tools.
- Languages: you can now speak deep speech, abyssal, and draconic
- Equipment: force of vecna sword, a magic sheild that has no magic properties, and a vile of torpor, drow poison, and basic poison, and a mount of the DMs choice (has to be a canine or feline).
evil history: you might be hated, but you know your stuff. when any thing that has to do with evil, you know it and don't have to make a check for it.
disturbing sights: from all the horrible sights you have witnessed that no living being should , now you are unable to keep the torments out of your head ( even if your evil). take two off of one of your stats and three off of your health when you create your character.
slow trust: for people in a 50 miles around where you served vecna .you have to roll a DC15 charisma throw when you try to make friends. if you fail, then they hate you for that day and you can not try to make them your friend. if you succeed, then they are friendly for a month until they hear some gossip about you, then they hate you again. you have one vecna soldier friend that is never hateful toward you. he only has you also.

you have every thing that a soldier of vecna has except for his items and his slow trust ability.
evil mind: you can cast conjure fey once per day but the fey you cast can only be level 4 or under and what ever it is has the ability Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.
