Metalworker's Apprentice Image

The harsh fires and heated metals of a workshop are no stranger to you. You've been trained in forging various weapons and metal appliances for a variety of customers. You spent a handful years learning from your smithing master. In this time, they practically raised you. They taught you their ways in smithing and, unintentionally, their ways in life. Unfortunately, the life of an adventurer calls and you had to leave your life as a blacksmith behind.

Skill Proficiencies: Athletics, Insight
Tool Proficiencies: Smith's Tools
Languages: One common language of your choice.
Equipment: A trinket from your prior life, a pair of smith's googles, a set of smith's tools, a set of common clothes and 10 gp

Feature: Confidence of Training

You believe you are able to forge weapons requested by your party, need they not be complicated. When visiting a blacksmith, you can forge simple weapons for a large discount rather than have them made. You can also forge martial weapons, for less of a discount. Forging does take time however. How long it takes to forge your weapons is up to your DM's discretion.
