Some children are born different, and some are born in places they would rather never recall. Those last people become something called forgotten child. The magic from the place they were born now infuses them with magic. Whenever they recall this past, it usually puts them in deep psychological distress, and this can last for their whole life.

When damaged, roll a d20. on a roll of 1, you turn into a beast of a form that suits your past. This form can be anything from a giant bear for someone born in the feywild who has a traumatic experience there to a giant lobster for someone born in the plane of water. In this form, you gain 1d4 times your level of temporary hitpoints and your melee attacks gain a +1. You cannot use any magic while in this form nor can you use ranged attacks. You keep your original AC as your armor fuses with your body.
Suggested Characteristics
It is recommended to pick a Shape of anger fitting on the past of your character. Your character does not have to remember his past, but it would be a good idea to tell it to the DM.
