Runaway Drow (Blessing of Corellon)

You once lived in the Underdark, born into Drow society. 
Whether you were a noble born under the sign of Lolth to be heiress to your house, a solder sent on raids to the surface, or born to be little more than a slave, something happened that made you leave.

Perhaps it was discovered you worshipped Eilistraee, failed in a mission given by you House's Matriarch or were chosen to be a sacrifice to Lolth. 
Whatever the reason, you ran from the only life you knew and survived Drow Assassins, Giant Spiders & Duergar to reach the surface.
Where you found yourself also unwelcome, being shunned not only by the sun but most all of the surface world too, with most races on the surface likely to kill you outright and your kin in the Elves considering you a traitor to Corellon and the rest of the Seldarine, survival will be tough...

Suggested Characteristics

Drow are born and raised in a very different lifestyle than people from the surface world, and their personalities reflect that. A Dark Elf is raised to keep constant vigilance and be fearful of everyone, for anybody could be planning to kill you so they can take your place. And everyone expects the same out of you. So long as Lolth reigns, the drow will always be ready for betrayal at every turn. A knife in the back is as common as poisoned food, and all are taught to focus on Lolth first, and themselves second. Everyone else is a tool. That kind of lifestyle leaves it mark, even if you want nothing to do with it.
