Child Of Polymorph Image

A family that can't have kids goes to a big city, so a high level wizard can cast a glyph version of True Polymorph that can turn an object of the right size into a child.

Parents could choose objects and materials for the transformation and it affected the disposition of their child. A cast iron cauldron to make a hardy type (+2 to CON), or a bookshelf for an intellectual type (+2 to INT), or a piano for the charismatic type (+2 to CHA) (DM discretion). The materials and use of the object are reflected in the appearance of the child. This grants an extra proficiency in a related skill, or a language or stat increase, depending on DM preference. This is balanced by what happens when you die, see polymorphic instability

Skill Proficiencies: Two skills related to object and material at creation
Tool Proficiencies: One type of tool proficiency related to object and material at creation
Languages: One of your choice (One extra if object or material at creation is related to intelligence)
Equipment: A set of fine clothes, a [Tooltip Not Found], a scroll of explanation affixed to untransmuted form, and a purse containing 10 gp

Feature: Polymorphic Instability

If you fail a death saving throw, are dispelled as a 9th level spell, or are exposed to an Anti-magic Field they turn back into their original shape. Can be returned to Human form by removal from the Anti-magic field, dumping Revivify into the glyph of True Polymorph, or dumping 9 levels of spells into the glyph of True Polymorph (9 1st level, 3 3rd level, or any combination that adds to 9, this leaves the PC with 1 HP. This can be done over days of weeks if required). If pieces are missing the transmutation will fail or result in missing body parts requiring extended healing or Regenerate.
