Whether you grew up mastering the arts of manipulating and sneaking your way into places or you were trained by the spies of a monarch or government, your work is always dangerous, yet thrilling. Infiltrators are usually slippery and cunning people who can usually figure out how to get into the most protected places with just some prep work and a silver tongue. Whether their job is to gather information, or to steal some important item, infiltrators will always remember what they've been taught and will carefully plan their ways to get in, some however, who are confident in their skills of persuasion and disguise, will just waltz in and convince the guards to let them walk in and out with whatever they want, with an absurd success rate. Were you a good infiltrator? What caused you to move to the adventurers life? Was it to infiltrate your party at the request of one of their enemies, were you caught by one of the members and you were forced into helping them as punishment, or maybe you just want to infiltrate and sneak your way into places all over the world... Whatever it is, your character is used to danger and is ready to take on whatever mission they need.
As an infiltrator, the only things you know you can always rely on is your disguise kit and your silver tongue. When making checks to use your disguise kit, you gain advantage on the roll, you also gain advantage on deception and persuasion checks that you make trying to enter places you're not supposed to be in or to convince people that you are who you say you are (while disguise kit is active).
Suggested Characteristics
Infiltrators are often slippery and deceptive people, knowing what to say and when. Infiltrators are also usually unreliable, putting their safety and escape over all else, thinking their way is the most efficient, especially when it comes to breaking into places. Infiltrators tend to put themselves over others and often have a hidden agenda/motives, though people who gain their trust, as long as it may take, will become invaluable friends to them.
