Entity Rejected Image

You are one that was abandoned by your parents at youth. But when you were all alone, an agent of an entity of great power, appeared before you. They gave you a chance to join the top ranks of their organization. Which you refused. Now you are an eternal enemy of that entities agents, and they will attack you on sight. However, the enemies of that entity will be friendly toward you, even possibly buying equipment or giving you a discount.

 
Skill Proficiencies: Religion, Stealth
Tool Proficiencies: None
Languages: Choose one from Celestial, Infernal, Primordial, Abyssal (depending on who you rejected)
Equipment: A symbol that only the cultists of your entity and their enemies can understand, marking you as an enemy of that entity. A piece of equipment costing less than 5gp. A pouch containing 10 pg.
 
Rejected Entity

Roll a d4 here, or choose an/ entity that you rejected.

1   Archdevil. Your enemies are allies of that devil. Your allies could be worshipers of demons or celestials.

2   Demon Lord. Your enemies are worshippers of that demon. Your allies could be worshippers of celestials or devils.

3   Celestial. Your enemies are worshipers of that Celestial. Your allies could be cultists of demons or devils. 

4   Elemental (Genie etc.).  Your enemies are the creature's that the elemental rules over. Your allies are the ones that oppose it.

 

 
Feature: Follower's Side

When you meet followers of the entity you rejected, they are - at best - Indifferent, but usually Hostile. The more aggressive ones might try to hurt you, the regular ones might make you pay extra, or refuse to give you a piece of equipment. Likewise, enemis=es of that entity are automatically Friendly, but ones that have a reason to hate you are Indifferent. Most of them could give you up to a 10 per cent discount on items or inn stays. And the ones that are brave, completely loyal to their entity might even fight for you.

1  The enemies of that entity saved your life once, you owe everything to that temple/cult.

2  One agent of that entity spared you, to this day, you still wonder why.

3  To avoid that entity, you've had to do unspeakable things. You feel no shame.

4  Death. It's nothing. Either way, when I die, I'm going to be a favoured agent.

1  Mercy (Good) This world is big enough for me and this entity to exist together. No harm should be dealt with innocents.

2  Death (Evil) I will kill all the cultists of that entity will die, no matter what you have to do.
