You have gained the notice and affection of one of The Tricksters. They've granted you one of their favorites, a blessing.

As an action you may change your physical sex and ask traits associated with it. This does not disguise you or change your items or attributes in any way. You may do so a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per short or long rest.
Whenever you roll a natural 1 on any roll, your gender also changes. This uses one of your charges. If it would put you into negative charges, you get stuck in that form until you've completed a long rest, and can not regain charges until you've done so.

As an action you are able to change your character sex. This does not change your stats or abilities or gear. It is a static alternate genderbend that is still clearly you. You may choose to do so a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.
You regain charges at the end of any rest.
If you roll a natural 1 on any d20 roll, your gender changes.
If this happens while you have no charges, you are stuck in that gender until you have completed a long rest or been Granted Mercy.
Suggested Characteristics
Criminals might seem like villains on the surface, and many of them are villainous to the core. But some have an abundance of endearing, if not redeeming, characteristics. There might be honor among thieves, but criminals rarely show any respect for law or authority.

Although your capabilities are not much different from those of a burglar or smuggler, you learned and practiced them in a very different context: as an espionage agent.
