You are a healer and protector of the innocent. You may be a druid keeping a forest safe, a priest offering sanctuary in your temple, or a doctor trying to keep your city healthy. Most came from some other form of work after witnessing a need. This practice takes a lot of commitment from you and usually keeps you from doing many other things in your life that you might like to do. Other members of your community now come to you for help and trust you to keep them safe.
- Skill Proficiencies: Medicine, and a choice between Animal Handling, Insight, or Religion.

As a healer, you always can expect to have people who need healing to approach you whenever you enter a place. When you take time to heal and treat the sick or injured, it is possible that they gift you with money. After you take this time to heal the sick, there is a 50% chance to earn 1d4+2 sp in a small town or 1d4+3 gp in large towns an cities. Townsfolk are always more than happy to help a healer and will often offer to give you and your party lodging after you have healed people, though the accommodations will be humble for the most part.
Suggested Characteristics
Caretakers are shaped largely by their experiences. Since they come from a variety of different backgrounds before becoming caretakers, their ideals can be just as diverse. Many believe in keeping people safe, dislike suffering, and have a close bond with their home, which led them to become caretaker in the first place. Flaws may include distrusting strangers, paranoia, or wasting time by being overbearing in their need to serve others.
