Sansnakes are a clandestine organization of professional assassins and enforcers in the service of the The Ferrymen. Their operatives bear no official name, but are referred to as “snakes” amongst the same professionals in the same circle. They are assigned to a snake type at the start of their initiation.

Being an established assassin you were occasionally surprised by where your next would be. In order for this to have as little affect as possible you have at least basic political knowledge on most other locations. Due to your experience dealing in travelling outside your base of operations you know how to phrase your words, so commoners and merchants are less likely to ask questions about your requests and inquiries.
Suggested Characteristics
Just because someone's job includes murder, espionage, blackmail, and other such things doesn't mean they don't have morals. Maybe very, very loose morals, but morals nonetheless. Although each one is their own person they tend to trend toward subtle and quiet, but there are always exceptions.

Should you choose the path of a solo assassin without a creed, you may choose this alternative feature instead. Instead of belonging to the Sandsnakes, you have acquired acquaintances that will provide a suitable alibi should you fall under suspicion after you have completed a job. You must pay 150 gp to the person who covers for you to use this feature, or they will turn a blind eye. You may use this feature again after 1d4 weeks of not committing murder. If you want to use this feature again before then, the cost doubles for each consecutive use and you must add an additional 1d2 weeks to your original wait period after each use.
