Whether you were chosen or ran away to join, you spent your life from the age of 7 in Northern Maren training night and day in hand to hand combat with Shang masters. Your teachers were harsh and the lessons brutal, but each bruise and broken bone was a lesson and only served to make you stronger. After years of nothing but the Shang way of life, you faced and defeated your ordeal, granting you Master status. Now you must roam the world, staying true to the Shang path. The experience is both daunting and exciting as you take your first steps out of the school you've known since childhood.
