"The lost" is a group of orphans, children with no parents, kids who are neglected, beaten, and forgotten. Lost and desperate for purpose, fairies are drawn to these individuals and are given the opportunity for a new life, where they are promised freedom and power, if they do not accept, there memory is wiped and will have no recollection of meeting a fairy. but if they chose to accept they are then taken to an island where they would begin there training to become assassins, warriors, spellcasters, and killers. While on the island, time in the outside world stops causing there physical appearance to remain the same while allowing there mental maturity to progress naturally. With bodies of little children and the maturity of an adult, this magic island makes it the best place to train these warriors. At the beginning of there training they are instructed to go out into the jungle and find an animal, whether it be a dangerous lion, a child hungry snake or harmless rabbit, they must capture it and tame it. Throughout there training they must take this animal with them and train with them, they must give them a name and create a bond, with this anima if this animal dies by any means, there training has failed, there memory is wiped and they are returned to there old lives where time would continue. If they did not properly tame the animal or if they did not treat it well then, it will effect the process of there training and the overall outcome of it. after they have chosen there companion, fourteen items are laid out before the them; a broken clock, a patch of fur, the top half of a flute, an empty vial, a necklace with a broken symbol, a feather, a metal ingot, a long narrow piece of cloth, a chipped and scratched purple gem, an old chipped arrow head, an unholy symbol, a clear almost transparent eyeball, and an empty piece of parchment paper. they are instructed to choose the item the calls out to them the most, each item will pave there destiny, once the item is chosen it cannot be reversed, they must keep this item throughout there entire training, if the item is lost then they fail there training there memory is wiped and they are returned to there world where time will continue. after the training is complete, The final test, and to unlock there full potential they are then instructed to sacrifice there animal companion on an altar. if they fail to do so they fail there training, there memory is wiped and returned to there old lives where time continues. if they can find the willpower to sacrifice there animal companion and friend, there training is complete, there bodies are then converged together, making them one body and giving them the abilities of there chosen animal, there appearance mildly resembles the appearance of the chosen animal. these warriors are then returned back into the world where time would continue from the time they left, and are watched over by the fairies that recruited them, these warriors are trained to scouer the realms and help those that need it the most, now that these kids have a purpose and a destiny they must use there abilities to spread good across the realms.

Skill Proficiencies: Because of there training with their animal companions in the wild they gain proficiency in animal handling, survival, and nature.

Tool Proficiencies: Depending on the item that the character has chosen he gains proficiency in the tool that that item corresponds with.

Languages: All creatures on the island speaks sylvan, being around these creatures, you begin to pick up and learn there language.

Most Members of the lost are lawful neutral but over time some fall away from there training and become evil.
