You are part of a large group of nomads, forced from their home generations ago and unable to find a home, or choose not to have one. They create networks of merchants, artists and performers, and given their habit to take in anyone without a home, they can grow quite large.
Always travelling, their culture is often vastly different from the ones at the places they stop by, and can often be the cause of blame for many things, create prejudices against them in many cities. Hence, their bond often grows as the only support for each other. Even though nomads probably do not know most people that are under the same group, they still treat each other as close family. Some nomads do finally manage to settle down in a town, but still never leave their nomad family, granting and receiving favours from those passing through.

Your ever-expanding family can be found scattered across the continent, although meeting them can sometimes be rare. They use their signia and handshakes to find each other, always willing to aid someone with shelter or extra supplies. However, it is expected that you return in kind whenever possible, and you are relatively kind to those within your family, otherwise you may find yourself losing the right to such favour quickly, from all parts of the continent.
You can often look for a member of your family anywhere people gather, or even sometimes parked up against the road, where they may help you wherever they can, as long as it within reason.
