Feature: Eyes of a Young One

You have advantage on Charisma checks done toward any sentient, non-evil humanoid with an Intelligence score of 8 or higher. Choose either your Charisma score or Dexterity score to increase by 1. Sentient, non-evil humanoids with an Intelligence score of 8 or higher will also try to protect you from harm when they can, and take care to keep you in good health until you get stronger. 

However, you also must decrease your hit point maximum by 5. You only have to do this once, not every time you level up. You also have disadvantage on Intimidation checks.
