Every time you visit a city or village, you can volunteer your services to the residents. By offering free appointments, the people are more open and warm to you, offering up general information about the area and current goings on in the city. This could be political events, festival plans, or minor and major problems plaguing the populous.

Characteristics of a Doctor are usually confidence, high intellect, curiosity and a strong yearning to help others. Although very rare some Doctors have leaned to a selfish and greedy side, exploiting their patients for their own personal gain.
