Feature: A Dragons Lair

You are in possession of a small hidden Lair at a location of your choice which the DM has to approve.

The entrance of this cave is hidden through simple but lasting illusion magic. Physical interaction with the hidden entrance reveals it to be an illusion, because things can pass through it. A creature that uses its action to examine the hidden entrance can determine that it is an illusion with a successful  DC16 Intelligence (investigation) check . If a creature discerns the illusion for what it is, the creature can see through the image.

Your Lair is the source of your pride and your most important secret. All your possessions inside your lair count into the total value of your horde. The initial value of your lair depends on your level and can be fond in the table below.

Your lair, which is your greatest pride, strengthens your draconic blood. You gain special features depending on the value of your lair. All these features are available to you as long as you are inside your lair.
