The Athuan Postal Service founded by the Community College in Grundgrot, has built outposts and annexes at many of the schools of learning  found in Athua.

Chaos magic and entropy combine to control the hole in the sky, which allows an addressed envelope to find its intended recipient. No matter where they are, so long as they are on this plane.To send a return letter, you must bring it to the nearest APS annex. Only a certified APS mail-hole can guarantee delivery. As such many regular folk hire adventurers to bring messages far and wide. The APS has started keeping certain adventurers in every corner of the flat world on retainer. 

Only the strongest, fastest and quickest of wit are chosen for this honor. If chosen you get a steady paycheck of 4g a week. (delivered directly to you)

You also get a custom made mail bag, which has it's own special Entropy-chaos hole (ECH-hole) inside it. You can use this bag once per day to reach in and grab exactly what you need to solve a problem. (not worth more than 20 times your character level in GP. Can't be more than half your size.) Ex: A weapon, a ladder, thieve's tools, etc. Roll a d100, anything above a 20 and you are able to grab what you need. 1-20 = a roll on a the utility bag chart.

Tool Proficiencies: All Vehicles, navigators tools, ink, quiver, parchment

Languages: You are far traveled and well spoken, even if you choose not to show it, pick 3 languages.

Equipment: An Athua Postal Service Bag of Utility, plus an empty coin pouch. 4 gp a week will drop into it. (This is how you get paid, if somebody were to find it, the money would still appear every week until the APS found out you had misplaced it or died.)
