Equipment: A set of Tools for each tool you are proficient, a set of traveler’s clothes, and a pouch containing 20gp, some miscellaneous blacksmithing supplies.
 
Feature: Improvised Forge

You have spent so many years honing your craft that you can do it practically anywhere. A large stone, a Log, or a stump, work just as well as an anvil. A pile of rocks or a hole in the ground, work just as well as a forge. You can spend an hour building a makeshift forge, provided the environment allows for it.
