House Ophiuchus provides the bureaucrats and administrators that keep the cities of the NNR, and specifically the Grammaton Clerics, functioning. They also train spies and assassins for the NNR, as well as specialists in the biological sciences, including a very limited amount of soft-tech. They work with House Žywië to provide organ replacements and specialized medicines.
- Skill Proficiencies: Deception, Insight, Persuasion.

- Languages: Svezda-yazyk, and three of your choice.
- Equipment: A House Ophiuchus insignia ring (can be concealed as another ring), a babel-fish, a tool set to match your proficiency, a set of fine clothes, a set of traveling clothes, and a belt pouch containing 25gp worth of mixed coins.
The Grammaton Clerics are quasi-religious orders of the Star Titans, organized by the Great Houses of the NNR (Nebesnaya Narodnaya Respublika), usually called the Star League. Each House provides agents affiliated with the Star Titan’s religion, but are not necessarily actual divine clerics (though they could be). Wizards and Sorcerers are not typically Grammaton Clerics, but they are often allied with the Houses as Star Powered Mages.
All Grammaton Clerics, regardless of house affiliation, are prohibited from using soft tech in any form, with the exception of the Babel Fish symbiotes bred by House Ophiuchus.
Social Climber. When you roll a social skill that you are proficient in, you may treat any roll of 9 or lower as a 10. If you are a member of a class that gains the Expertise feature, and apply it to a social skill, you may treat any roll of 14 or lower as a 15 for that skill. You may use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
Babel-fish. You have a soft-tech implant known as a babel-fish. It gives you a permanent comprehend languages spell which cannot be dispelled.
Minor Psionics. You know one psionic talent of your choice. This satisfies the requirement for being able to learn psionics via feats or the mystic class.
