House Svarog are the master artisans of the NNR. They specialize in hand-crafted items and equipment, and will often develop prototypes before turning them over to House Torin to mass produce. Most members of House Svarog will specialize in one particular craft, but all of them receive training across several broad fields when starting their careers.
- Skill Proficiencies: Arcana, Psionic, Technology.
- Tool Proficiencies: Three of your choice. Select one of the three as your primary focus, with which you get double your proficiency bonus.
- Languages: Svezda-yazyk and Gnomish.
- Equipment: A House Svarog insignia ring, a masterwork tool set of your primary focus, a specialized set of clothes to be used with your primary tools, a set of traveling clothes, and a belt pouch containing 10gp worth of mixed coins.
The Grammaton Clerics are quasi-religious orders of the Star Titans, organized by the Great Houses of the NNR (Nebesnaya Narodnaya Respublika), usually called the Star League. Each House provides agents affiliated with the Star Titan’s religion, but are not necessarily actual divine clerics (though they could be). Wizards and Sorcerers are not typically Grammaton Clerics, but they are often allied with the Houses as Star Powered Mages.
All Grammaton Clerics, regardless of house affiliation, are prohibited from using soft tech in any form, with the exception of the Babel Fish symbiotes bred by House Ophiuchus.
Rapid Prototyping. Master craftsmen often require copies of existing items to test potential changes on. You can copy an existing item over a long rest. You do not require an item to copy it, but you must have previously examined a version of the item over a long rest.
This is a temporary copy of the item, which requires you to repair or re-imbue it over a long rest every 24 hours to keep it in working order. It otherwise functions as the original item. If you use this ability to create a consumable item, you create 1 + your proficiency bonus copies, but they expire/go bad/fall apart in only 12 hours.
You can have a number of prototype items created equal to your proficiency bonus. You can copy common or uncommon items at 1st level, rare items at 6th level, very rare at 12th level, and legendary at 18th level.
Minor Psionics. You know one psionic talent of your choice. This satisfies the requirement for being able to learn psionics via feats or the mystic class.
