House Torin provides the civil and engineering services for the NNR and the Grammaton Clerics. They are the craftsmen, builders, and engineers for the entire Star League, plus as needed in any satellite locations. Most of their expertise is in large scale building and engineering, rather than the master artisans of House Svarog.

- Languages: Svezda-yazyk, Gnomish, and one of Elvish, Dwarvish, Draconic, or Orcish.
- Equipment: A House Torin insignia ring, tool kits to match your proficiencies, a set of traveling clothes,
and a belt pouch containing 10gp worth of mixed coins.
The Grammaton Clerics are quasi-religious orders of the Star Titans, organized by the Great Houses of the NNR (Nebesnaya Narodnaya Respublika), usually called the Star League. Each House provides agents affiliated with the Star Titan’s religion, but are not necessarily actual divine clerics (though they could be). Wizards and Sorcerers are not typically Grammaton Clerics, but they are often allied with the Houses as Star Powered Mages.
All Grammaton Clerics, regardless of house affiliation, are prohibited from using soft tech in any form, with the exception of the Babel Fish symbiotes bred by House Ophiuchus.
Reverse Engineering. When investigating an unknown magic item, psionic item, or piece of technology, you may spend 10 minutes examining the item, and then make a DC 15 check with the appropriate skill (Arcana, Psionics, or Technology) to determine what the item is and how it operates. This might only
reveal partial information about especially complex items or artifacts.
Maintenance Technician. You can make a quick inspection of part of a city’s infrastructure, a powered vehicle’s operating machinery, or a complex machine and determine if it is in working order, and what repairs are required, if any.
Minor Psionics. You know one psionic talent of your choice. This satisfies the requirement for being able to learn psionics via feats or the mystic class.
