House Vilnius administers and provides teachers for the esteemed Vilnius Military Academy, as well as military advisors for several foreign governments. All of the officers from both the army and the navy of the NNR are graduates of the Vilnius Military Academy.

The Grammaton Clerics are quasi-religious orders of the Star Titans, organized by the Great Houses of the NNR (Nebesnaya Narodnaya Respublika), usually called the Star League. Each House provides agents affiliated with the Star Titan’s religion, but are not necessarily actual divine clerics (though they could be). Wizards and Sorcerers are not typically Grammaton Clerics, but they are often allied with the Houses as Star Powered Mages.
All Grammaton Clerics, regardless of house affiliation, are prohibited from using soft tech in any form, with the exception of the Babel Fish symbiotes bred by House Ophiuchus.
Superior Instructor. When you take the help action, you can aid a number of allies within 60 feet equal to your Intelligence modifier.
Show Me What You Have Learned. You can use your action to grant one of your allies within 60 feet another action this round. This is equivalent to a Fighter’s Action Surge ability, except you cannot take the extra action yourself. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus times per long rest.
Minor Psionics. You know one psionic talent of your choice. This satisfies the requirement for being able to learn psionics via feats or the mystic class.
