The Eskatonic Order is a pseudo-monastic order of scholars, sages, and historians, and their origin dates back to the very beginning of the Second Age. The Eskatonic Order knows a great deal of magical and mystical matters, but due to the peculiarities of their environment, only theory and not practical applications. However, they are unsurpassed in history, mathematics, astronomy, literature, and other conventional studies.
- Skill Proficiencies: Three Intelligence skills of your choice.

- Equipment: Weatherproof scholar’s pack, calligrapher’s supplies, compact 7mm slugthrower, a set of traveling clothes, and a belt pouch containing 10gp worth of mixed coins.
The More You Know. You have advantage on all Intelligence skill checks.
Knowing Is Half the Battle. You keep meticulous notes on the dangers you face and by consulting them you become far more prepared for the threats ahead. You can spend 10 minutes consulting your notes. When you do, choose a creature type other than humanoid, or choose a type of humanoid (such as dwarf, elf, or human). For the next 8 hours, you have advantage on saving throws made to resist the traits and attacks of creatures of that type. Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before you can use it again.
The Other Half of the Battle. Sometimes, nothing beats a really good slug-thrower. You have proficiency in Firearms.
