You know a minor spell from your school of origin. This spell it's closely linked to the practice and membership of your school, not using this spell would lead to consequences.
You learn a cantrip of your origin school from any arcane list. When you use this cantrip your wizard level is considerd one higher.
You have to use this cantrip at least one time every short rest. If you don't you loose memebership of your school, and you forgot the cantrip.
