Unknown Hero Image
You saved some province or another from a minor monster such as a guard drake or rabid wolf, but were badly wounded in the battle and lay for dead on the ground. An enemy of yours, who had watched you fight, took the beast's body and claimed the reward and the love of the people for his own, whilst everyone else believed you to be dead. You left the town in disgust, for there was no proof that you had killed the beast, and you try to usurp cheating and unfairness wherever you go.
