Star-Powered Mage Image

Only available to Sorcerers, Warlocks, or Wizards. In addition to setting up the Grammaton Clerics, the Great Houses of the NNR created their own Mages’ Guild with the Star-Powered Mages. Special gemstones, cut from the fragments of the crystalline planet Ketumati that fell during the Crisis of Falling Stars, are implanted into arcane casters during their apprenticeship.

 
Skill Proficiencies: Arcana and one of your choice.
Tool Proficiencies: One of your choice.
Languages: Svezda-yazyk, Common, and two of your choice.
Equipment: A set of traveling clothes, and a belt pouch containing 200gp worth of mixed coins. You have access to NNR and Grammaton Cleric technology and equipment during character creation.
 
Feature: Star-Powered Sorcerer. and Star-Powered Warlocks. and Star-Powered Wizards.

Star-Powered Sorcerer. Sorcerers with the Aberrant Mind sorcerous origin may not be Star-Powered Sorcerers. Sorcerers who have joined the Star Powered Mages have a gemstone permanently set into their forehead. When you take a short rest at night under the open sky, you regain all of your expended spell slots. Due to the innate magic from your sorcerous bloodline, you can convert 5 hit points into 1 sorcery point, up to your level in sorcery points per day. You cannot heal these hit points by magic until you take a long rest. Additionally, as a bonus action, you may move the concentration component of one spell to the gemstone, which will maintain concentration for that spell until you dismiss it. You may then
concentrate normally on a second spell.

Star-Powered Warlocks. Great Old One Warlocks may not be Star-Powered Warlocks, and are usually killed on sight by the Grammaton Clerics. Warlocks who have joined the Star Powered Mages have a gemstone permanently set into their forehead. You must choose a patron from the Star Titan Houses, but due to the closer connection to your patron, you gain the benefit of two Pact Boons at 3rd level instead of only one. You also gain one additional Eldritch Invocation at 2nd level and 9th level. Additionally, as a
bonus action, you may move the concentration component of one spell to the gemstone, which will maintain concentration for that spell until you dismiss it. You may then concentrate normally on a second spell.

Star-Powered Wizards. Wizards who have joined the Star Powered Mages have a gemstone permanently set into their forehead. When they take a short rest at night under the open sky, they regain all of their expended spell slots. They can also use the gemstone as a spell book, and can immediately learn new Wizard spells by casting them into the gemstone, either from a spell book or scroll. Additionally, as a bonus action, you may move the concentration component of one spell to the gemstone, which will maintain concentration for that spell until you dismiss it. You may then concentrate normally on a second spell.
