As an outlander you would be used to driving offroad, as a dune drifter you have become a master of the wasteland allowing you to drive much better outside of cities. As a dune drifter you would have been responsible for scouting missions or smuggling missions for your crew as you move through the wasteland searching for the next area to camp or the best way to make money for the next stage of the trip. As one of the outlanders you dislike the cities but as a driver you cant help but marvel at the rides they have there.
