Feature: All The World's A Stage

Your disciplined practice of the magician's trade has lead to reliable talents both on and off the stage. At the DM's discretion when you make an ability check that clearly benefits from your training as a magician, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10. Examples include:

  • Insight checks to determine how enthusiastic, skeptical, or suspicious someone is of stage magic, or whether they have seen through your bluff
  • Sleight of hand checks made to conceal, lift, plant, or move small objects without notice
  • Performance checks to confuse, delight, or distract using magician's props
  • Acrobatics checks used to navigate terrain similar to performance routines, such as walking across a tightrope or squeezing through a tight space
  • Stealth checks used to hide yourself using furniture or props, such as a wooden chest or curtains
