Throughout your years, you have had more than a few close calls with monsters and other Greek mythos-related mishaps. You have had to hide from creatures and then lie to the mortals around you to explain what just happened. Through this, you discovered that occasionally you were able to shape what the mortals around you saw or remembered about an incident. Whatever lie you fed to them just kind of became the accepted story. This has worked in your favor in the past, but people always have a way of interpreting words in unexpected ways.

It can be hard to go back and forth between two worlds. Some kids want nothing to do with their godly parent's world and just live a normal life. While others tire of dealing with the mundane and having to hide who they truly are. They can also feel somewhat distanced from their friends in both worlds as they can't always relate on the same level. Some enjoy this double life, and others wish they could somehow just pick one.
