Whether it be a hobgoblin or troll taking over your tribe or simply another family worming their way to power, your family was dethroned and found themselves either dead, their heads decorating pikes, or at the bottom of caste of society. Not you though rather then faces death or disgraces you left your tribe in search of power and a new life. One day you will return home and take back your position of power. Not today though, today you run and scheme for tomorrow.
As a former member of the Lasher caste you still hold a certain level of power over lesser goblins. When encountering goblins that do not know of your exile, you will hold sway over them. Members of the Lasher caste will see you as an equal for better or worse.
