Call it what you want. Grave robbery, tomb raiding, archeological research. No matter how you look at it, you're stealing from the dead. Surely they don't need it more than you, right?

During your years of plundering graveyards, you found something special that you treasure. Roll on the table below, or choose one.
| d8 | Treasure |
|---|---|
| 1 | A hand with only 4 fingers, still looking alive |
| 2 | Engagement ring. The widow is still alive. |
| 3 | Skull of a humanoid |
| 4 | 2 gold pieces, which was placed on the corpses' eyes |
| 5 | A fine tailored suit, which the corpse was buried in |
| 6 | The journal of a dead adventurer |
| 7 | Goodbye letter from deceased loved ones |
| 8 | Signet ring of a long gone noble family |
Having plundered various graveyards, cryps and masoleums for the most of your life, you have gotten quite adept at recognising a fresh grave. To the point of creepy. You can tell if a grave has been filled in the last 10 days, and if a grave has ever been disturbed after that. Additionaly, you can easily discern the once alive race of an Undead, at the GMs discretion.
Over the course of years doing this, one is doomed to be caught in the act and the talks amongst villagers have spread. The locals of a village you once tried to plunder knows what you did, and they might not be friendly towards you. Work with your GM to find out what happened and where.
Suggested Characteristics
Those who ends up robbing the dead usually are not on the good side of the law. Or maybe you're just a cleptomaniac who has found an outlet for their itch.
