You can sense there moods also through this method, and possibly there intentions with a DC15 perception check. At some point later in life you have been Taught common, it will be broken and some time hard to under stand but you can speak it. You will not be able to read it or write it with out some other people helping you do so.unless you can roll a DC 15 intelligence check, to do it alone.
