A reclaimer's job largely involves finding and returning lost or stolen belongings. These may include family heirlooms, magical items, money, and/or pets. Occasionally, reclaimers may also be hired to apprehend individuals. Though a reclaimer's job is similar to that of a bounty hunter, there are a few key differences. 1. Reclaimers work independent of any institution. There are no reclaimers' guilds. 2. Reclaimers tend to work alone. A common exception to this is the taking on of an apprentice. 3. Reclaimers work through private contracts as opposed to public bounties. A reclamation contract is written directly between a reclaimer and a client. Reclaimers may compete for a contract, but only one is ultimately given the opportunity to sign and fulfill it.

Reclaimers are typically rogues, rangers, or fighters, dictating the strategies by which they fulfill their contracts. For instance, a rogue might reclaim an object by sneaking into a home and stealing it. In contrast, a fighter might reclaim an object by directly confronting the person in possession of it.

Feature: Location Information

A client is not always able to provide the exact location of that which they wish to be reclaimed. As such, you have become adept at finding individuals that can assist you with location. When searching for a specific item or person in an area, you are always able to find someone in the same area with information as to the whereabouts of said item/person.
