As a physician who specializes in the investigation of sudden, unexpected and violent deaths the forensic pathologist attempts to determine the identification of the deceased, the time of death, the manner of death (natural, accident, suicide or homicide) the cause of death and if the death was by injury, the nature of the instrument used to cause the death. Oftentimes you're hired by local authorities, Guilds, Dragonmark houses or even criminal organisations to find out how a member of their group died, and who could be responsible for their fate. You're far closer than most people to the world of death, and have studied the passing out of this world.

Where 'normal' folk spent time with social gatherings and exploring the world, you spent your time bended over the deceased. Scalpel in hand, you delved into the subcutaneous workings of humanoids. When making a Wisdom (Medicine) check to determine the time and cause of death, you roll with advantage. In addition, when you extract any physical part of a humanoid body, you are considered an expert.
Suggested Characteristics
Physicians are dedicated to the welfare of their patients, dead or alive, above all else. They seek out knowledge of anatomy and ailments and use everything they learn to bring those under their care back from the brink or prevent them from succumbing in the first place. They have seen the effects of the Last War: disease, famine, pestilence and warwounds that have left their mark, shaping their ideals, creating strong bonds, and often leaving them scarred and vulnerable.
