You were a normal human being... until you "snapped". Know you're a psychopath that gains a bloodlust at any given time.
- Skill Proficiencies: Psychopaths are usually normal people before they snap, and retain those skills. Gain proficiency with one skill.
- Tool Proficiencies: Psychopaths are unusually good cooks. You gain proficiency with cook's untensils.
- Languages: Psychopaths are normal people who do not study language or anything similar. You know only the languages of your race.
- Equipment: Psychopaths will generally carry commoners clothes. They also carry one horror trinket (if you don't have the table come up with one of your own!) and a pouch of 15 gold pieces. They also carry a dagger.
Once per long rest, you can enter a psychotic rage. This lasts one round, during which you launch a melee attack against as many creatures as possible within 10ft, Allies and Enemies alike. During this round, you have no limits on attack actions. However, in the next round, you can't take any actions or bonus actions, as to calm down from his rage. For the 30 seconds after this rage, you automatically any wisdom or intelligence checks and have disadvantage on all intelligence and wisdom saving throws.

Psychopaths are as varied as the normal people they surround themselves with. However, they usually have bonds over who- or what- caused them to snap.
