Eberron: Former House Member Image

You understand wealth, power, and privilege that comes with being associated with one of the houses of Khorvaire. You carry a noble title, and your family owns land, collects taxes, wields significant political influence and some may be marked by your bloodline. You might be a pampered aristocrat unfamiliar with work or discomfort, a former merchant just elevated to the nobility, or a disinherited scoundrel with a disproportionate sense of entitlement. Or you could be an honest, hard-working landowner who cares deeply about the people who live and work on your land, keenly aware of your responsibility to them.

While you're connected to your family, and whatever title you hold, you are now for some reason outside of the graces of your house. Did you break the houses code and were ousted, or did you leave by choice? How was this received?
