Liberated Slave Image

What ever your life was before you were captured is in the distant past, perhaps lost to memory or scoured from the material plane. You were once enslaved and forced to work for your captors until you were rescued, escaped or were freed. Slavery can take many forms, from chattel work forced into doing back breaking labour to indentured servants relatively well cared for. Regardless you learned how to read your masters mood and desires in order to survive until the day you were freed. You may not have much to start with but you do have your freedom and that is what matters most.

Skill Proficiencies: Insight
Languages: One language spoken by your masters

Time spent in servitude has taught you how to appear as insignificant as possible, leaving you barely noticed in plain sight. You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) and Disguise Checks so long as those you are trying to fool are not actively looking for you. This applies to Disguise Checks performed to help an ally hide. This only applies if you are trying to pass yourself off as a regular citizen or household staff.
