Healer Image

As a healer, you have spent many hours tending to the sick and dying. You use your knowledge, magical or divine power, or anything you can to mend wounds and cure illness whenever they are presented to you.

Decide how you were trained and how you deliver your healing. Are you gifted with divine power, healing the weak and the poor in the name of a God? Or were you traditionally trained in a small village, being the only local surgeon who could save people in farming accidents? Maybe you're a battle-hardened Cleric or Paladin, keeping your squad of fighters alive through a war torn battlefield?

Skill Proficiencies: Investigation, Medicine
Tool Proficiencies: Weaver's Tools, Herbalism Kit, or Alchemist's Supplies
Languages: One of your choice
Equipment: One tool set from the proficiencies listed above, A symbol that marks you as a healer (A pin, patch, medallion, or other object), and either a Flask or Tankard or some Sealing Wax

Feature: Symbol of Medicine

Somewhere on your person you carry a symbol, whether it's an embroidered patch, an engraved medallion, or something else, that is recognizable to most people where you're from as a symbol of a healer. This in turn means that you get an amount of attention whenever people find you. Wounded or sickly people might approach you, asking for help, or you might be made a target if your symbol isn't concealed. Generally, however, being marked as a healer means people are friendlier towards you as they know the importance of your work. This could manifest in anything from friendly nods and grateful looks to free room and board.
