You have access to research within the halls of the War Wizard Academy. You are familiar with the faculty and most war wizards are familiar or at least aware of you. You may stay at the academy while in Suzail. Any new arcane secrets or spells you develop are expected to be demonstrated and detailed with the academy.

The academy has some of the most strict and demanding requirements. Apprentices to the Council are usually stringent on details, highly focused, and refuse to give up when they put their mind to a task.
