In the first ages, when the Blood War between devils and demons raged across Hell, angel Zariel descended upon the chaotic demonkind to end the conflict once and for all. Her act was self-righteous and against the will of Gods of Seven Heavens and so she did not receive the Gods' favor. Despite her efforts, she was devoured by the darkness and defiled, becoming an Archdevil. But she wasn't the only Solar who saw the Heavens' indifference as wrong. After her fall, a small group of Solars admired her efforts, many of which felt anger and rage for the first time in their celestial lives. They once more turned to Lathander to grant his permission to descend upon the Abyss and destroy the demon kin with their holy wrath. Yet they heed no sympathy, just like Zariel did. In a desperate act, they turned to Tyr, to ask for a just solution. Tyr offered them one, which some of them feared and fled from, while others accepted with gratitude. Those who stayed agreed to forgo their immortality for a very special miracle which later was known as the Samsara of Torment. In the moment of their death, they were to be reincarnated in another mortal's body, partially regaining their purpose, memory, and martial skills with time, in form of flashbacks from previous reincarnations. The cycle would repeat itself endlessly until their mission is complete: when the last demon has been eradicated from the Planes of Existence. Thus the Saint Spears of Seven Heavens came to be. After centuries of furious slaughter and ceaseless violence against the demonkind in the Abyss, each of them fell and as it was foretold, was reborn, only to regain consciousness, regain strength with time, return to their crusade of holy genocide, and fall yet again. They quickly became feared among the demonic legions and respected even by the devils, which despised the demonkind as much as Saint Spears do. Yet their crusade is still far from over.

You have lived an ordinary mortal's life, like a blacksmith, a fisherman, a farmer, or a craftsman. You left it all behind once you reached maturity - that is until the flashbacks started. These flashbacks appear at random moments of rest, showing visions of your countless previous reincarnations in the merciless, hyperviolent slaughter of the Abyss Demons. You do not have the full memory of your previous lives - just a few seconds long snippets of the most intense memories of battle; All you know for sure is the nature of your Cycle, the name you possessed as a Solar in Seven Heavens, and your mission to eradicate the demonkind by all means possible. With the first flashback, you have also regained a small particle of your past skills, with more coming to you with time (corresponding to your chosen Character Class advancement).
Feature: Divine Presence
From the moment of your first flashback, your presence counts as of magical origins, therefore it can be sensed by spells that detect magic or divine power. Your deeds are also quite infamous in the Outer Planes, so it is very likely that encountered devils, demons, or celestial beings may recognize you, especially if you use your Solar name - their reaction may vary, from fear and respect to contempt and scorn.
