No one would ever accuse you of being the most popular face to see in their window, however one must admit your relentless pursuit of every last coin is impressive.

Tax collectors live in a world shaped by laws. Some choose to bend the law to their advantage, while others choose to wield the law like a sword. A few might even use their position to help lift others up. Most tax collectors possess a deep understanding of the human condition and thus can easily spot deception or trickery. They can also use this knowledge to get their way, especially with those who are of a feeble mind or find themselves in a position of weakness.

1	The law exists to serve the people. A law that only benefits those in power serves to erode the very purpose of government.
2	There is nothing wrong with setting aside something for myself. I am underpaid afterall.
