You were once one person, perhaps old or young. You might of been the worlds strongest or a defenseless cripple. Then some event happened and your soul split into 3 different souls in the same body. This often times confuses other people as you talk to the other souls. If you hate the other souls then just know there is one thing that all 3 souls want. To survive. Even if you have your disagreements with the other souls, you can put aside the differences if a dragon is chasing you.
- Skill Proficiencies: Choose two from among Arcana, Investigation, Religion, or Survival
- Languages: Gain two languages of your choice and decide which soul knows that language. Often times, if asked, the soul not running the body will translate to common so the other can understand.
- Equipment: A monster hunter’s pack (containing a chest, a crowbar, a hammer, three wooden stakes, a holy symbol, a flask of holy water, a set of manacles, a steel mirror, a flask of oil, a tinderbox, and 3 torches), one trinket of special significance (choose one or roll on the Horror Trinkets table after this background), a set of common clothes, and 1 sp.

As you are three souls in one body, you can switch between souls when you want. When you do, switch character sheets to the other soul. These other character sheets may also choose to select a different class. Skills and proficiency are different on the second character sheet. You may also speak to the other souls as if they were people standing in front of you. In addition when you unconscious/sleep, one of the souls comes out, although this can be forced by spells that cause affects such as sleep and fear.
