Feature: The Pain of Fame
Unless your face is covered, whenever you talk to a person who lives in a well populated area (800 residents or more), than that person will make a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw. If Success they notice who you are and you get +2 and advantage to all Charisma based skills against that person.
