Blacksmith Image

You ha e been a Blacksmith for as long as you care to remember. You trained as a youth, studied the use of weapons, armor and  learned how to forge them. You have learned the basic survival techniques, including how to stay alive out in the world. You might have been hired by astanding national army or a mercenary company, or perhaps soldiers a member of a local militia who rose to prominence during a recent war.

When you choose this background, work with your DM to determine how far through its ranks you progressed, and what kind of experiences you had during your career. Did you work in a small village, a standing army or a private party.

Feature: Blacksmith Rank

You have a blacksmith rank from your career as a blacksmith. Other blacksmiths still recognize your authority and influence, and they defer to you if they are of a lower rank. You can invoke your rank to exert influence over other blacksmith and requisition simple equipment or horses for temporary use. You can also usually gain access to friendly military encampments and fortresses where your rank is recognized.

The time blacksmith spent by the forge and smelter gave them rigid discipline and shaping there ideals. They have a taste for strong and cool brink.
