When you choose this background, work with your DM to determine which military organization you were a part of, how far through its ranks you progressed, and what kind of experiences you had during your military career. Was it a standing army, a town guard, or a village militia? Or it might have been a noble’s or merchant’s private army, or a mercenary company.

Due to your time at war you had to quickly adapt to new and rough enviroments. As such you are able to memorize maps, letters and any other forms of written or heard text extremely easily. On top of that you are skilled in hiding any sort of small weapon.
You look- scarred, due to that people with good alignment will be sympathetic and more willingfull to help. Its nothing more than their sympathy though. If you anger and or sadden them in any way you might break this bond.
